Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the "Sveltiq" service (the "Service") provided on this website by its operator (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Operator concerning use of the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not: (1) violate laws or public order; (2) engage in or facilitate criminal activity; (3) damage or interfere with the Service's servers or network; (4) otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service; (5) collect or store other users' personal information; (6) engage in any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate.

Article 3 (Suspension of the Service)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance or updates, force majeure (earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, natural disaster, etc.), accidents affecting computers or communication lines, or any other case where the Operator judges provision difficult.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

(1) The Operator does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free of defects in fact or in law (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose or security, and errors, bugs or rights infringements). (2) Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the Service. (3) Even where liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, liability is limited to ordinary damages actually incurred, and the Operator is not liable for special damages, lost profits, or damages arising from corruption or loss of document files or images. (4) Users must verify the output files before using or saving them, and must keep backups of important data.

Article 5 (Changes to the Service)

The Operator may change or discontinue the Service without notice and accepts no liability for resulting damages.

Article 6 (Changes to these Terms)

The Operator may amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
